I'm a really big fan of intestine. It's really good in carnitas as well as soup like Chinese beef noodle or menudo.
Has a rich fatty flavor when heated in a pan, and it gets all crispy and has a good bite.
In soup it becomes tender and has an incredible texture. Still has a strong meaty flavor but the fattiness goes away.
I am not a big fan of pickled intestine though. It becomes like rubber (squeaks sometimes) and gets chewy and tough.

I also eat limes and lemons by themselves when my body craves vitamin C. Cut it up into 8ths and either peel (easier with lemons) or monch down on those fuckers.
There's also a mexican/south American fruit I've never seen in the US called a Lima which is basically a cross between limes and oranges and it is divine. Sweet and sour. I never go to Mexico when they're in season sadly.

I also drink pickle juice from time to time but I try not to because its really salty. Has to be a good juice tho otherwise its not worth it.
