   I got this idea... fill out a bunch of 1099's, W2's, and other tax forms, include a bunch of random receipts/documents for fake or random people, to waste a bunch of their time. Also flood them with bogus tips of people cheating their taxes. Just don't leave any fingerprints or evidence.
