lifespan is a little over 70 or so, excluding freak accidents. the first couple years of that 70 is spent simply learning to walk/talk/not be run over. the next 15-20 years is spent in a room at a desk staring at a wall learning things to forget.
the last 20-25 years of that is spent falling apart, gathering illnesses, breaking down, and losing mental sharpness.
that leaves you with maybe around 30 years, if you are lucky, to be healthy/able/quick/energetic enough to live life to the fullest.
