Serious question about credit cards

   I have 2 credit cards from capital one. One of the cards is double over the limit, and I stopped paying on it completely ,in mid June. The other is completely paid off. Eventually, will capital one freeze my available credit card, so that I cannot use it? Furthermore, if the answer is yes, approximately when will that happen?
