The Problem with the Christchurch Shooting Narrative

Right off the bat, I don't consider there to be significant evidence* to attribute the attack/s to state actors or anyone else on the basis of it being a 'false flag', but there is a significant question that makes me wonder about the whole rationale of this attack given by Tarrant's manifesto and posts.

Basically, his 'Great Replacement' is 4chan's /POL/ board with everything from the shitposting and memes to the popular ideology - that the 'white race' is being politically neutered, intentionally outbred and otherwise under siege. The one thing left out is any mention of who or what is responsible for this plan, the popular answer of course being the jedis given their extreme overrepresentation in Western political systems. The only mention of jedis at all, in fact, is a statement that he ostensibly believes in the legitimacy of the state of israel and that 'A jedi living in israel is no enemy of mine'.

On the face of it it may not seem like a big deal; there's no reason for him to adhere to all of /POL/'s popular beliefs and tropes, but when read carefully he constantly refers to 'enemies' orchestrating these events. He talks of enemies powerful enough to bring the media, the police and other state apparatus to bear on 'White Nationalists' and whites in general, but he never actually talks about who these enemies are. He makes passing mention of Merkel, Erdogan and Sadiq Khan being 'traitors' worthy of assassination, but Merkel is the only one who has any real bearing on large-scale policies leading to population replacement and she absolutely does not work alone.

He supposedly killed 50 Muslims who he considered invaders, but his writing gives the impression that he knows they're simply the weapon being used against 'his people'. He makes no real effort to explore, illuminate or attack those deploying them against the 'white nations' he purports to defend, which leads me to question whether he meant to escalate the cultural conflict for the sake of 'his people' as he claims, or for some other reason.
