I brushed all my enamel off when I was a kid I guess, so I have to brush very carefully with an xtra fine bristle soft brush and prescription tooth paste. I just got scaling work done, and am getting the sides of my teeth filled tomorrow. I brush very dilligently these days and rinse with hydrogen peroxide. I think Adderall went kind of hard on my teeth, especially the roots.
I have very nice top teeth from braces and an implant on one tooth next to the front teeth because I was born without a permanent tooth. My bottom retainer doesn't fit anymore and my bottom teeth are kind of crooked again, so I need to go back to the ortho sometime.
I'm thinking about getting professional whitening done, as my teeth aren't super yellow, but I looked at this chick in class who had brilliantly white teeth and I want them.

I’ve had some success with the crest 3D whitestrips and the DiamondClean toothbrush. Cheaper than a dentist probably.

dentistry should be banned to prevent people with bad teeth from reproducing and passing on their bad genes further into the genepool.

on the same note it never cease to amaze me how 2000+ years of modern human history humanity has not been able to produce some kind of solution to deal with tartar and people stil have to have them removed piece by piece and chunks by chunks with pickaxes at the dentist.

I got four teeth filled (for six hundred bucks) and the discolored spots on my roots are now gone. Bought some cheap white strips which are supposed to actually work pretty well. The ones the doctors give you aren't really any better, but they're like 60 bucks a pop I think.
I didn't know that novacaine makes you tired, but I guess that's a side effect and it synergizes with gaba which usually doesn't make me tired, but I'm pooped.
Thinking about doing invisalign bc my bottom teeth went crooked again, although my top ones are still really good. Would make my bite better, which helps a lot with not breaking your teeth in half over time due to a weird bite.
4 grand.. I don't know if I want to try financing that over 2 years (interest free) or not. I got a lot of bills. Highish rent, out of state tuition, lawyer fees, medical bills, etc.
