   1. I don't even necessarily mean to imply that drugs are unilaterally the answer. Behavioral therapies can be quite effective as an adjunct to pharmaceutical therapies, and sometimes even a suitable replacement.
   2. Who the fuck talks about "MKULTRA" in the 21st century? It was barely relevant 20 years ago, let alone today.
