If a condom was superglued onto a guys dick and fully sealed for nowhere for piss to get out, and he left it on and kept pissing in it, what would happen when its completely full of piss? Would he be able to piss?

If the pressure of the piss containing condom was greater than that of the piss leaving the dick, by laws of nature, the dick would be forced open and the condom full of piss would "drain itself" inside the dick and back into the bladder where it would be met with another pressure - that of the piss needing to escape the bladder. The two forces meet somewhere in the middle and rupture the urethra inside the body, contaminating it with piss and he would surely die.
Or the condom would burst and you'd be covered in piss while you had a fresh, hot stream blasting out.
