always some crazy shit everytime I wake up. I used to live out that way. up in the hills. Miss that house. I wanted to see if this guy who bought property would by my house since he buys lots. but now that's a no go.
the vultures will get to it it seems. pennies to the dollar. most likely city. they run a scam there. bring in the riftradt to section 8 houses, get guarantees money, scare off neighbors or cause stress on married people to divorce, get property for pennies on the dollar, rinse repeat. make more money. vultures. have their kids fill your kids with bullshit thoughts to take out on mommy and daddy. rinse and repeat. it's a psychological game on vulturism.
this is how these people make money. they can't do it in the wealthy communities since most of those kids go to private schools and clearly wealthy Dads have contracts with Wealthy moms about what gets divided in a divorce in a no-fault state. and have good lawyers and private investigators. so they do it to unexpected middle class people.

The lot of section 8 houses on the east of where I'm actually look pretty good compared to what other people pay 1k for a month. my bromo and i work talking about that last night. -

Fucking the houses are great. Sometimes giant ass 5-6 bedrooms, 3.5 bath houses with swimming pools and circular driveways looking like a fucking mini resort.
for like 3k a month in California. if you can get a section 8 voucher. Do you know how Section 8 vouchers work. there is a video of showing how it's done. the people who work at the welfare/section 8 housing boards have a once a year "First come first serve basis"
then all these people get in line. then when the doors open, the people who often show up late (with their network friends) rush the line, causing chaos. pushing to the front, knocking people down. true story> i wish to find this video on youtube.
they get section 8 vouchers. then go on craiglist. someone buys a house pennies for the dollar cheap from a foreclosure, does basic fixing up. if they're smart, they pull out the upscale kitchen appliences (or they will be stolen and sold by the renters and replaced with shitty ones) and then put in a "Renters special" like that cheap 100 dollar refurbished with a knob missising or the cheapest fridge. broken dishwasher machine to occupy the space so the renters have to hand wash their dishes.
then they pull all the plants out and if there are palm trees they sell them (palms go for up to ten thousand bucks) and then let the lawn die. rent the house out to whoever has the best voucher. that renter is guarenteed to bring in like 90 percent of the rent. by law the renter has to pay their share or the landlord doesn't get his money. but sometimes the landlords just say "pay me when you can" and the rent gets paid for the most part. just not all 100 percent. -

nah getting shot in that area isn't taht common a lot of college students live there, i rather live where I which aren't as "nice" as the new section 8 but I live in a very nice neighborhood please quit getting frothy with me peedy

What is section 8 in Texas?
In California (Which I thought it was a federal program not a state) you can get a house.
the "Projects" was the old Section 8. apartments (usually built by college or highschool ROP programs) that were built for low income housing. very basic. usually designed after WWII era military housing apartments. very basic designs.
now a days, (Like EBS cards) Section 8 can move into a new house, if the rent is at "fair market value" and the section 8 recipient usually pays like 5-33 percent of the rent. so they pay as low as 300 of a 3000 dollar rent. 300 dollars per child cash, food stamps (EBS) and usually live like they make 120k a year. more than the struggling neighbors next door who work for a living. in 2008, the section 8 went up and the number of homeless went up (former families with household incomes of 120k a year)
families who were buying their homes and lost out to the 2008 crisis, living in fields in tents. eventually moms taking the kids and trying to get on section 8 (they had to be separated from husbands) and dads starting over.
not every case is the same, but there is some truths to every case.

It's low income for sure, but they've made new section 8 buldings and its where a lot of college kids live on the east side like I said, sure it has its problems, but its far from niggerville. It's a mixture in that area, a lot younger people of all different races and then you have riff raff scattered here and there but nothing that isn't anyone else to an extent. When ever someone through the ages of 18-24 tell me they just moved here and live on the east side and the seem half way decent/ going to school I tell them I know where they live and their mind is fucking blown like i couldn't possibly understand the city that i've lived in all my life haha.
But personally for me I live in a much nicer area in general but since I'm poor but don't want to live around uncultured kidiots that just got off the turnip truck and I'm an artist and musician i choose to not live around shit asses where i'd be hearing "kardi b" or some trash from the other side of the wall. The building I live in is very run down because its been around since the 70's but its in a good neighborhood with people more like minded than me, plus its just me and a cat so I don't need to rent a tiny room inside of a bigger apartment with 5 other people and their tiny rooms sharing the same kitchenet and 2 bathrooms, its obnoxious, but these kids learn.. My friend mcwilliams is an older gaunt and he camps out in his rv outside of town and comes into work, he rather sleep in his car if he has to or live with his spicy latina gf that wont even let get up a cup of water
To me that life style while it might be "newer" and look "cleaner" section 8 or even just the student apartments there aren't interesting to me and I'm not that kind of person. But I personally am not afraid to go to that area, i do it all the time to bang youngblood sluts. Funny thing though because its such a mix in that area (not necessarily a bad mix like you're going to get gang raped by a pack mandigos) but every story i hear from college kids that moved here don't like that they are forced into living with a million roomies.
Bottom line big bromo is that the section 8 here isn't like its miles in the ghetto sure theres mexicans and blacks but no ones really going to do anything unless you provoke them first.
And like I said all states are not the same as other states like florida, new york, california ect.. it just depends really what part of the state you're coming from, but the section 8 houses hold up a lot better physically and are obviously cheaper than other places where there are older homes and bulidings but less crime rate.
Its just up to you really, my friend is good guy and he said he wants to move to one of those places and knowing him I actually think he'd do fairly well in his own right.
A month ago or so maybe less i dunno i was dating this girl that had a child around the area where I grew up and that area has changed so much, not for nescearily worse, but its like even way more manufactured homes and a lot of libs eat that shit up was spork, she literally drove me to go pick up her daughter like 5 blocks away (how much of a candy ass at 34 do you have to be to move every where you mom moves all the way from new york... lol) and there was this new development and they look pretty but they are the most unimaginative houses I've ever seen no personality they all look the same and her mom (i see right through moms and let them beat me to the punch line so i can go in for the kill) and said yeah these are all manufactured blalalbla but its cheap (she was an old hippie slut from new york) and I said "ahh okay how cheap because I was actually wondering that myself" and she got defensive and was like "well why would you want to know?" and I told her because I grew up less than a mile away and this area has changed. As an easy way of letting her off that even houses in the 70's are still around today go for a lot more because you can actually remodel them and they have big yards.. that and i didn't want to say that my dad sold houses like that 15 years ago and they are still building them and they don't look any different, i completely get why my parents moved away now. lol its funny how these slampigs will introduce you to their parents and as soon as you actually start having an adult conversation with them that you've never had with them because you can't have it with them because they are women and stuck on mommie and daddies teet, they totally go gloss eyed and stare off into space, once i done talking to their parents and she's still in hyponosis I tell them that you're coming back with me to suck my dick, works every time.
