Adidas New York Best Price is something of a special variation on Dennis Busenitz's first Three Stripes skate shoe. That designation is made explicit on the latest colorway, which replaces the signature star's name with the word 'Special' in gold foil on the sides. It's reminiscent of the popular handball shoe the Spezial, but that model's classic lines have yet to express a multicolor configuration like this blue/orange/gold makeup riding a white sole.

Adidas New York on Sale That earlier style featured a Carolina blue tongue and white Stripes, which means this new adidas Skateboarding Busenitz is a decidedly darker affair. These go with a Collegiate Navy upper and accents in a shade that's close enough to call it 'tonal navy', all atop a dark brown gum sole.
