I didn't get my first computer until age 27 or so.
I used to go out with friends. clubbing. drinking. listening to local bands or new bands making the circuit of the day. San Francisco was always famous for Comedy acts. Now I think there is only 2 comedy clubs left Punch Line and the Cobbs (or whatever it's call now.)
there was like dozens of them at one time. :( The Purple Onion was one. Closed a few years ago. Holy City Zoo was another.

why are you here on weekends. go out and do shit. you guys are still young. I have to get more rest because I'm old and fucking hate my life which makes you even more tired and sleep more.
life speeds up when you get older yet you want to sleep in the daytime and nighttime you can't get to sleep but just lay there. and you drive slower blocking peoples way. Shouldn't old people be hauling ass down the road? -

Happier times met EBV but EBV (mono) may have actually been a positive of lyme.
I'v never been able to stay awake for long periods of time. I suffered from liver disease back around mid 1990s because of this.
mono only last about 3-4 months. Mine kept going over a year.
and I did have a tick I had to remove from my stomach about a week or so before I came down with Mono symptoms that nobody I was around with had.
Apparently Mono is the first thing they determine (in the past) without doing extra testing for lyme disease because it's expensive and the first round of test for EBV mimics lyme disease, where the lab usually has the doctor ask if I (The patient) had been exposed to a tick (which I would of said yes) and go from there.
they wash a sample of skin with blood to have it react .. something like that. ask someone who works in a lab. It's probably more advance today but that's my understanding of how they do it. this is why they take a blood sample and scratch the back of your throat for culture. -
