Just got done watching the whole thing and then I watched your clip. I don't think he's being racist there. The smirk on his face is just because he's so happy about his tech. Probably.
On another note. I love how high he gets from not inhaling a single puff. Before they light the blunt his eyes are all over the place and he's constantly searching and sorting his thoughts. Then he slows down and barely even talks. I feel like he should smoke more weed.
