What if lamy created some bots that simply stole threads from other forums? They were all in sync like real users from another forum, replying and talking with each other. The usernames and some words were changed, but they simply mimicked other users on another forum.
Then lamy could spam his forum and it would look active and alive. Lamy could monitor any "real" activity and respond from the appropriate account making "real" users feel welcomed.
As the forum grew with "real" users, lamy could slowly kill off the bots.

Why do you need Lamy to write the bots? Just ask for a special usergroup that doesn't need to complete captions, or go off the deep end and write something that can complete captions. And then just write it yourself. Run a proxy scraper on a cron job seperately, have the bots select a different IP for every post. You just load the proxies in as an array and pick a random object from the array.
Easy in Python. In fact using Selenium with headless Chromium as web driver for use in bots is something i've been thinking about recently.
