At first, this stuff made me nauseous at any dose. After perservering, I found it does have its uses. I have been using this stuff at night to alleviate restless leg whatever it's called. I get this sometimes when I am laying horizontally; benadryl makes it a lot worse so I can't even take dph at all. It is different than opiate withdrawal restless legs, the 'real' restless legs feeling seems to 'build up' to the release, while the opiate ones have very little buildup.
On a somewhat unrelated note, rls and akathisia are, to me, among the worst of experiences that life has to offer, literally hell on earth. Can't stand it.
I have been taking phenibut at 400mg doses at night and it entirely prevents rls.
My question/problem is....I don't have my phenibut with me, and haven't taken any in 48 hours. I feel a bit wierd, is the amount I am taking enough to cause 'withdrawal' type symptoms? I feel a bit uneasy and my motor skills are slightly off. All in my head?

I don't know man, I experimented with that stuff for a while and it would actually make me feel like i popped 5 or 10 mg of valium on a good day, but nothing really more than that. It would give me something like a benzo hangover for a long time afterwards, where I just felt slow, not really coordinated, no motivation to do anything, pretty content to just sit around but not feeling high or anything so it sucked. I think sometimes that kind of hangover lasted a couple days. Its probably not necessarily withdrawal, but just the chemicals in your brain trying to reach some sort of equilibrium again. That's my theory anyways.

I don't like the shit, even when I got over the nausea part, which went away the more I experimented with it. The way large doses make me feel is just....I fucking just don't like it. It really helps with rls though, totally nullifies it.
-edit- large doses, to me, = anything over a gram

yeah I am all fucking antsy and shit, and feel what I can only describe as 'apprehension'. It's probably that. My drivers license is suspended so I can't even drive to my house to get it, heh.

Yea, it's not like a terrible feeling or anything, just uncomfortable and unproductive. That sucks about the RLS though. Does weed help? Weed always makes my legs feel super relaxed.

No, weed does nothing for it. I have it bad, its hereditary in my case. This girl I am laid up with has some kpins laying around somewhere, but I don't want to just take one without asking. I may be a thief, but I never steal from actual people. I only steal from places where I can rationalize that only some faceless shareholders are being wronged..

I have it on good authority that sploo is messing around with phenibut as we speak and roshambo (clean and sober!) is angry with him because phenibut is a ~Nasty terrible drug worse than benzos. Sploo kind of agrees but doesn't care.
Phenibutt is actually straight up bad for your body other than just withdrawals, can't remember what though. According to Sp it feels somewhere between gabapentin and a benzo, but not as good as either.
Kava Kava they say feels different but doesn't have bad withdrawals because it is a partial antagonist as well as whatever else it is, but it can be bad for your liver I think.
