It's kind of terrifying to me how low IQ people are. I mean imagine someone with an IQ of 93 calling themselves smart because they have a college degree.
Black IQ can be deceptive though, because a white with the IQ of the average denizen of Africa would be genuinely retarded and funny looking, but the black will be perfectly able to socialise and function. It's more just an inability to do much abstract reasoning.

There are a couple of smart tribes around Africa - and some really fucking dumb ones. It's a genetically diverse place.
