I sneezed in a public place

   I turned my head away from the person sitting next to me, and sneezed into the inside of my elbow. It was a dry sneeze.
   
   The stranger sitting next to me said "excuse you", to which I absentmindedly answered "thank you".
   
   Later on in the day, I realized that the person didn't say "bless you".

   I'll have you know that I have an excellent immune system, and am healthy. It was a dry sneeze.
   
   The person sitting next to me was the type that carries around hand sanitizer and uses it very frequently.
