Thanks and a better "Who's Online"

   Really the last two major things I can think of that don't have a thread. I want to see who thanks my posts, you get that sweet sweet small burst of dopamine, a sense of gratitude and reward for your efforts, adds a nice regular routine of checking your latest thanks etc.
   
   For the "Who's Online", usernames rather than avatars.
