I drive for 5 minutes up durante and come back down bancroft to where the college kid placed herself.. then she walks through that building (student store?) to durante and is giggling on the phone and says "I thought it would be easier for you" and im telling her to cross the store (its like 50 feet) rather than me drive through traffic and she's like "why can't you just come pick me up" this shit happens more and more. is this Gang Stalking or what the fuk game
can't even charge her the fair unless I idle and she would cancle out on me.

You get more for your money. I don't need an estate. I could buy a small house but in a nice area (just an area that doesn't have lots of crime or house break ins) .. something completley different from NorCals big crime boost .. especially in the Car "Smash and grab" phaggots making life miserable. car insurance don't cover broken windows without paying out first the deductable which for me is 500 unless all windows are smashed.
Somehow I hope Texas or OK has less of that crap. and I can get a house for around 200k decent? -

I'd probably take the small house with land and fix it up. then dig a giant trench and build a big ass basement with pump to drain water. maybe have the small house lifted on risers as well and just have a basement with risers.
then I could add rooms to it but not have it house accessed officially.. look for loophole like a stairwell roundabout to access from with in the house through a closet or some shit. that way you don't have to pay the extra land taxes.
I could Air BnB it when staying in cali with my friend or we can kick it there during much of the year.
I would love to have land with a bluff or ridge to bore into and use it as a place to store food and survival sht. or another Man Den with a small movie theater and wetbar for any friends I make to entertain.
I'd make it look rustic redneck on the outside but modern inside. and plant lots of Palm Trees and dessert cactus. -
