i dl'd vuze for android onto my phone earlier because transmission is being really slow and shitty on the laptop. so anyway i downloaded a movie and it is way quicker to dl on my phone, but then i want to now transfer the movie to the laptop. but when i open the phone folder on my laptop the movie is no where to be found. i can play the movie on the phone by clicking on it in vuze. but if i go to video/downloads or any other folder it is no where to be seen.
in the settings in vuze i had set it to dl to sdcard/downloads. but when i looked afterward i noticed the download location was set to storage/sdcard0/download. when i open the phone directory on the laptop there is 'sdcard' there is no sign of 'storage' or 'sdcard0' folders. i've tried 'show hidden files' in the folder options menu on the laptop but it makes no difference.
how can this happen? its fucking retarded. i've downloaded and transferred hundreds of music/video/image files on the phone with no problems what so ever. so why am i so retard here now?

sdcard0 usually refers to internal storage so check there
a lot of phones will, by default, only mount the external card in MTP mode so to access it from your computer, you will need to move the file from internal memory to the actual SD card

thanks for reply, but i can't find it even in internal storage. i can access the phones internal storage on the laptop but can't find it anywhere. its like its saved it as a hidden file, yet i've checked that on most folders too. its weird like the file doesn't exist yet can still be accessed from vuze which it then plays perfectly on vlc. thing is i didn't download fresh outta high school 22 just to watch it on a fucking tiny 2" screen ffs. this is so fucking annoying. also vlc doesn't seem to have an 'open containing folder' function on android. this sort of shit is why i so fucking hate android and touch screen dumb phones.

Use Ttorrent Pro on Android. It's a paid app, but it's worth it.
