My mind wont shut off so I'm characterizing different states of conciousness (mostly hell)
Mood associated conciousness scale 1
0 - below normal neurotransmission. Considered dysphoric, delerious, lethargic, confused, can be caused by fever, antipsychotics, anticholinergics, head injury
1- healthy neurotransmission. Adequate levels of monoamines and other neurotransmitters. Can vary from person to person.
2- hyperactive neurotransmission. Can be caused by stimulant and psychedelic use. Hyperacuity of all senses. Can range from uncomfortable to disturbing to horrifying to euphoric
3 extremely overactive neurotransmission/concurrent sensory shutdownCaused by high dose dissociatives (bundy, ketamine) , cannabinoids, atypical psychedelics (ibogaine, salvia)
"K hole"
+ - positive experience
- - negative experience
For example
1+ sober happy
0- seroquel miserable
2+ mdma euphoria
3/0 bundyhole terrible
----------------------
Negative hyperacuity - heightened senses, overanalytical of ones environment and possible intrusions from other people or events. Anticipating danger. Can range from being on edge to complete and utter terror. Scale range from 1 to 5
1: slightly disconcerted and hypervigilant, but mainly in control
5: in utter terror to the point of hypertonia and internal collapse of structure (mental breakdown)
Positive hyperacuity (empathetic seeking state of mind): heightened attachment to ones environment and other humans, can range from curiousity and seeking knowledge to euphoric empathetic response, scale range from 1 to 5
