   Throughout history, many people have attempted to determine what traits in an individual or group are deemed "superior". To nazis it was inbred genetics, to the soviets it was intellect and charm, to scientists it is analytical and informational capability. What do you deem to be a trait, belief, or accomplishment that makes an individual or group better than others?

   Intelligence is what determines superiority if i had to pick a single trait. Also "smart and charming" wasn't the Soviet Union's ideal person as far as i know. The concept of "The New Soviet man" proposed the following set of character traits:
   
   The Soviet man was to be selfless, learned, healthy, muscular, and enthusiastic in spreading the socialist Revolution. Adherence to Marxism-Leninism, and individual behavior consistent with that philosophy's prescriptions, were among the crucial traits expected of the New Soviet man, which required intellectualism and hard discipline.

   In general, I'd say the ability to force your will onto others by whatever mean is necassery. If power is your goal, that's the way to go. The means can seem absurd, though. They often don't seem superior or make feel that way but in the end it will lead to success and make you superior.
   
   Though, if not getting bothered by anything is your goal. Not giving a fuck, like really being able to not give a fuck, makes you a whole lot more superior in that regard to people who are getting stressed out.
   
   If the goal is winning a match of beer pong, the ability to play beer pong better than others and a little tolerance will make you superior in beer pong.

   I say it is being disciplined(?) enough to make yourself better at whatever makes you better than others. Genetics and shit aside.

   That. Will To Power. Once you will power you can decide what or whom is superior or not. The details are relative. Nazi's say X, commies say Y, capitalist say Z. They where right because they had the power to impose it on a population, not because there is any intrinsic truth or lack of truth to their ideals.
