   Anyone ever had a scallion pancake? They sell these at my new favorite Chinese restaurant, so fucking good.

   I don't know how this recipe is because I haven't made it personally but I'm going to. It's like a flaky, warm, oniony, soft, tortilla. I ate it plain but I'd imagine you could make a quesadilla out of it or many other things for maximum food quality.
