I'm going to have some time off of work and I think I should go down this path.
Also, what should one do to prepare now, about government officials pushing to restrict AI? Like is these software that may be available that may not be available in the future? -

Faster than other ways. People that do all their AI stuff on command lines always seem to have the best chatbots that sing and dance and they just type in "generate me a 5 minute video of an anime getting fucked in the ass" and BOOM it's right there and runs off tiny open source distributed models and the huggingface pytorch tensorflow things. These people are truly on the cutting edge of AI research and a lot of it is proven to be extremely profitable and totally worth investing in the server space. This is way better of a technology boom than bitcoin, even the most ungra bunga ooga booga tier caveman AI is extremely valuable to every sector of the economy. We truly live in the future.

Time to diversify the supply chains. If we start building underground garage semiconductor factories now I predict in about 30 years we will be completely free from relying on international commerce to build electronics. Every country should have been doing this long ago. Capitalism has made us weak. -
