   Do they have dog licenses in the USA? I swear they should bring this in
   
   "My mate"was feeding his staffycross(the breed) on ramen the other day because he has weekend on the crack and is the broke for a month.
   
   The dog is stupid as fuck, I went round there the other day and the fucking dog is chewing on his metal choker chain....it wasn't even around the dogs neck....he was just crunching away on this thick metal chain...

   I just think people should pass a "fit and proper" test just to own a dog.
   
   Sorta like how all Muslims should have a license for all the mongoloid kids they produce.
