When i think about it, i hate gays though i try not to. Most of the parks here are infested with fags that pull their dicks out and jack off where kids play. Certain areas are no go zones due to meth induced liquid shit sprayed everywhere along with puke and jizz. The smell is unmistakable.

Im in better shape than i was at 18 and have way more energy now, but the injuries have accumulated over the years. Not exactly arthritis but similar. -

Fasting isnt really necessary, just dont eat junk or dont eat as much, especially on days where youre too sore/busy to workout.
If you can control your eating habits, you only need to get intense cardio two or three times per week to get decent results. Aim for 25 to 60 minutes cardio, preferably whole body workouts like jump rope and kickboxing.. The 'abs are made in the kitchen' stuff is only partly true.
Still requires hard work depending on genetics. It gets easy fast though! -

I dont even need to weigh myself. Its visibly noticeable the next day if i am going for fat loss. If you gotta weigh yourself you have a lot to learn.
Muay thai burns more calories than running per hour. I do a mix of things. Kickboxing for some reason is also better at breaking plateaus.
Compared to people who dont have to work out to stay 'in shape' i like knowing im actually healthier than them -
