It's like putting another band aid on top of another band aid. That's a best case scenario. Worst case scenario the second band aid is worst and actually somehow even more harmful than the first or just compounded the shittiness of the first one. I am very tired and probably need a good two extra hours of sleep.

There's that first line of high grade techphetamine after two plus weeks sober but even that incredible dopamine rocket blast off is fleeting after the first one and it's totally chemically induced as well.
Peacefulness though is something I can attain pretty easily by just not fucking with other people and laying at home watching tv etc..Peacefulness is what people should strive for because it's attainable. -

Maybe not a 'science' but think of it in even simpler terms. You go to the mechanic shop because there's a noise everytime you go past 45 -50 mph. You tell the mechanic this. He asks something like "Is more of a buzzing or hissing noise?" You ponder it for a few seconds. "More of a buzzing... I suppose." He lays out a list of problems it could be and probably more likely than not the problem get's solved and your back on the road buzz noise free within a few days. I think it's kinda the same approach with mental problems even though it's certainly not as simple as your mechanic interaction.
You talking about the problem doesn't solve shit really but it get's the ball rolling.
