Yeeee, he doesn't have the cool accent tho. He used to force himself to sound not like a scouser I think (wanted to be posh, grew up poor etc) and it's been diluted after spending like 40 years in Canada, so even when he's home in Liverpool people can't tell he's from around there. He just sounds vaguely British. Kind of disappointing tbh.

Good news!!!! The growth on my leg is not cancer. I was worried when it popped up, but the MRI only shows a lipoma. Just a fatty tumor! Yay. Iโm gonna live!
May have to have it removed because it is causing pain, must be laying on a nerve.

Anyway, I appreciate it, Casper, that you took the time to investigate and find out for sure so we nolonger had to wonder. It sucks one way... But in another, at least there's closure. At least I can do something small, like make a memorial in the woods, near a harbor, on the other side of the country, in a place he never seen or visited... But someone here called him friend, and loved and cared about him, and I don't want his memory to be forgotten. Meh, gives me something to do while I shoot up my dope too, I guess.

my dad spoke to me a little while ago, he's another doug and he said *kinda hurt my feels* but he said he doesn't want me to be a loser any more and will pay for me to go a trade school.
