your partially right.
its easy to tell if a girl or a woman is fertile, they give tale tale signs of being in heat. you can see this clearly in their daily behaviors if you pay close enough attention to them and notice when their wearing pants and when their wearing short skirts.
when they ovulates, they act horny and emotionally kneady and keeps trying to attract mens attention.
or at least thats the way it used to be.
now their behaviors have changed and their horny all the time and are having sex 24/7 and maybe thats why you think sex have a low chance of success, becos people are having sex irregardless of whether the female is fertile or not.
