Because there’s a clash of Normies(herd people) and Narcissists(vampires) ruling the world and the schizoids (and variants of the Meyer Briggs list if you want to delve into that…schizoids are probably the most extreme but I digress) we who are benevolent ETs are standing on the side lines watching all of them be fucking idiots, refusing to participate. So they think We are the weird ones because we don’t follow along?? Well 🖕🏽🖕🏽🖕🏽Wait…one more 🖕🏽democracy is dead

They are all running around worshipping, pretending, trying to control everything, trying to “fit in” and being trolls then acting like they are not. Fucking cowards.

You are overly sensitive to intrusive/threatening behaviour, and your lack of strong self-boundaries makes it frustratingly difficult to feel secure when others are imposing. Your walls are weak, so you fawn to your invaders, or you flee - there is no in between.
People are unpredictable, prone to becoming animalistic and self-preserving in times of stress, and at the expense of those around them. No one can be trusted when a feral ego exists inside everyone. Animals are more comforting for this reason - they don’t masquerade as a civilised, rational creature. Their feral egos are a given. They’re in touch with their survival mode.
At least this is how I think. Even if it’s true, I ‘manage’ it by avoidance. I fail to form satisfying, healthy relationships. I fail to understand my own needs and desires. I fail to experience what the physical world has to offer, as I live inside the security of my head. I’m a hypocrite - an animal in survival mode, attempting to rationalise my fears by blacklisting my entire species. That sounds pretty ‘disordered’ to me.

Existentialism underpins everything. It’s a daily struggle to hold onto any meaning in life. Without meaning, what is the reason for doing anything? Life without reason is so incredibly bleak and boring. That state of mind, where nothing you do feels impactful, and all you see is the inevitable, eventual end of everything, is truly the most debilitating of them all.

This is going beyond training the cognitive to introduce more emotionally-driven behavioural mechanics which are inherently complex to model and simulate.

While going through the process to which I got my diagnosis, my psychologist mentioned that whenever I spoke, my face did not move. I showed no facial expressions that gave her any indication as to what emotions I may be feeling. If I told a story, she had no idea how it affected me. Was I sad, angry, happy? She didn't know. When she asked how I felt about certain stories or questions I had answered, it would take a long time for me to give her an answer. I felt that whenever I tried to concentrate on how certain things made me feel, my mind would shut off entirely and I would be drawing a blank. I would look to her and shrug my shoulders. Emotions do not come to me relatively easy. To be able to identify them, they must be substantial enough to make a difference in how I process certain information, otherwise I cannot tell you what I am feeling. This lack of being able to understand or express emotions is what is called alexthymia and it is a marker that would suggest schizoid traits.
Furthermore, on the physical side of things, I find that when I am not consciously put effort into myself, my face does not move on its own. I find facial expressions rather tedious and exhausting the more I have to use them. The muscle movements themselves do not tire me, rather the constant conscious effort and attention I need to put towards them. When I am relaxed, I find that my face falls into a very "dark" unmoving stare that makes people uncomfortable when I interact with them, so I always have to keep note of my muscle movements and how they may be affecting the conversation. On too many occasions, my friends have caught me on this and they now refer to it as "the death stare". I would say that this quality is what I would see as a "flat affect" and along with stunted emotions and a very restricted range of them, that is what I would consider to be a "blunted affect".
