that's Kiryat Shmona; you don't really see much footage of their missile hits because they primarily target the IDF's positions and most of the northern towns in israel (close to the Lebanese border) have been evacuated (60-120k people depending on who you ask).
also, WSJ ran an article claiming that Russia is transferring PANTSIRs to Hezbullah through Wagner (as a sort of proxy). I wouldn't normally put much stock in anonymous intelligence sources but Hez just reposted it with missile emojis
