   I'd never heard of nigella sativa, and was pleasantly surprised to find out it was black seed oil lol. I've been thinking of trying it for a while now, but it's just been bumped way up my list for the sheer fact that I can tell people it's nigella sativa oil.
   
   I don't know if you've ever tried agmatine, but that shit is magical to me. I cut my doses down by 1/2 to 1/3 when I use it. It can also mitigate most wd symptoms for me.

   From his stories, they were pretty damn shitty and neglectful towards him. I remember he said once that he never had a real conversation with them. They treated him like an obligation, not a child who needs love and nurturing.

    This is why I clean my drug cup weekly. One time I didn't clean it for months and just took the stuff stuck to the sides for lulz. I got a headache from (I believe) all the caked up noopept and that was it :(

    I don't think being in an inpatient rehab makes you 'clean.' The real struggle is gonna be living life after rehab. Still a hell of a feat though. Not a lot of people can stay sober, even in rehab.

    For the record I went into a 12 step program when I was a 14 year old, and had gotten buzzed off wine once, smoked weed twice, and smoked a single cigarette, and had actually been clean off any drugs whatsoever for months.
