It isn't hard to do especially with medical problems.

I lost a few friends that had medical problems that were just tired of suffering and turned to drugs.
I hate the way our system is set up. there is all this new technology and people still die needlessly. an old man died here in eugene right outside of emergency because he didn't have insurance. he was poor so and they didn't care.

some died quick, some died slow and some are still dying.

I'm just saying I am lethargic most of the time. 3 months I stopped taking this stuff and it got worst.

But the energy drinks help to keep me awake and alert. they're just expensive. I'm not trying to get a high from them. My "Mono" never got better. I have been tired for decades now. ever since I got that. and I want to know if its possible 20 plus years later if I can see if I ever got Lyme. I was bit by ticks around that time. Woke up about a week prior and had one on my belly and it had a redish welt for weeks.

I don't think my medical covers a time release version of anything. lol I don't just yet. I was talking about ADHD. I've recently learned more about it. I'm still learning. since some of what people do without and with ADHD look the same I went undiagnosed for years. but it's totally different with ADHD. I wish I had known more about it a long time ago. I could have saved myself some grief.

I wish I could be more helpful and help you with the other stuff but I'm not familiar. I do know ticks can cause more problems then most people are aware of.
have you done much research? when I do research on things I want to know, even with the internet I find I can't get all my questions answered. the answers just aren't available. It's a bit frustrating sometimes.

It is different. I was diagnosed.
people that do and don't have ADHD can have trouble with focus, be bored, be a procrastinator, have poor time management, etc. may seem the same but it isn't for the same reasons.
ADHD is kinda like 100s of TVs on all at once on different channels all the time non stop. it isn't like the kind of distractions people without ADHD have.

that's interesting. It completely relaxes me physically and mentally. I could take a nap. not the kind of boost I was told about by some people. the best way I can describe it is I just feel normal. I do get the calmness, clarity and my mind is still.

the people I've known that have done it that I asked about it that don't have ADHD talk more, they are more energetic, they get creative until it wears off, and they feel great until it wears off. then they feel like *hit.

Whatever happen to Jolt Cola? I never see it anymore

lol in florida we used to drink the heck out of some jolt sodas.
you were using adderall to help with your energy? It has weird side effects for people without ADHD. not only that they can kick your butt coming down off them.

I grew up on the east coast. florida, north carolina and a short time in alabama. I've lived in pennsylvania too but it's nothing like new york. some of NY is country and trees then there is new york city.
I don't know anybody that's liked it there. my son hated it. he lived in watertown, new york. I don't want anything to do with the east part of the u.s. they can have it.

but you never know. you may get out there and love it.

I know someone that has a rare sleeping disorder. sometimes he can't sleep for days. sometimes when he needs a boost after not getting much sleep he drinks mountain dew. It seems to help.
I wouldn't know but my guess is it can't be much worse than all that caffeine.

I don't do it but back in the day it used give me a seriously calming relaxing effect regardless of the amount. but that's really not normal.
I don't get an energy boost from it like everybody else does.
