because average americans, the 99%ters who could only do jobs the average 99%ters are able to do but wanted to be paid beyond their worth in terms of skill and productivity so that they can live the 1%ters lifestyle.
if you can only do a job that an immigrant can do for much less, then your worth as an employee is only as much as that immigrant and the 'fair' pay you should get is waht that immigrant is getting.
why should you get paid more than an immigrant for doing the same job that will require the same amount of calori to get done ?
