Apparently Russia's deployed the new OLS-35 thermal/infrared detection system - able to detect aircraft regardless of 'stealth' characteristics up to 90km away, but not able to create a weapons-quality lock independently.
with the technology we have these days, ai or not, they could have easily come up with sound-seeking missiles, homing to the frequency of figuter jet engines.
'stealth' tech is now obsolete. -
