Yes, that is true, but the eardrum is paper thin, takes very little to rupture it. When he hit that pavement and fractured the back of his skull, the blood had nowhere else to go, all of this happens at once.In the video they asked him several times to move and leave, he was the only one that didn't. I have no clue why people do what they do.The push from the officer was not that aggressive. Also, he was sitting up on the stretcher leaving looking on his phone so he wasn't unconscious.
