Right. ‘Busa’s have become the drag bike because they are cheap. You can pick one up for 5-6k. Honda’s engines are all about reliability and liability (Honda is a huge Corp) Kawasaki have always been a bit nuts on the speed and hp,cuz they have less to lose.
Bmw k1600gt could be dragged out,but whose fuckin up a $27,000 motorcycle when you can fuck yo a $6,000 one? -

I went to a moto America event a couple years ago and couldn’t believe how little all the dudes were,but it makes sense.
30 lbs of body weight can make a huge difference in time and most of those guys wreck a lot,so smaller guys can take more punishment. -

200 mph is retarded for an everyday rider. No need at all. Most bikes will do 150 easy.
I did 165 on my vtx and it scared the shit out of me,backed her down.
Handling in the twisties is also important. I like curvy roads. -
