Lots of people just take these kind of jobs until they find something that pays more, but i'm more focused on making money from side hussles or doing something like security/loss prevention at the same place I am now.

A lot of people don't like firing their workers, he got his hands dirty doing the deed and now his managers don't have to feel any guilt about doing his bidding. And his way isn't a long drawn out process where rumors spread and EVERYONE wonders omg are they gonna call me in next? seems quick and humane -
