    general procedure is to lance it, squeeze it out and disinfect but IS is right, it's big enough that if you squeeze it and manage to rupture it internally it could get the infectious material in your muscle tissue or bloodstream and that would be bad news bears.
    
    if you have health insurance see a doctor, they'll likely give you short term antibiotics and maybe a topical cream. if not, find a sterile needle or splinter probe or something.
    
    ps. it just occurred to me it might also be a result of an insect bite or something too

    it's worth noting that ISIS have not actually publicly taken responsibility for the attack - I'll see if I can track down which one but it's a prominent 'terrorism monitoring' group who's claimed ISIS has taken responsibility
