I find the easiest solution is just ignore the signs completely and smoke wherever the fuck you want. When some whiny, snot-nosed Nazi makes a comment, tell them to fuck off or you'll break some bones in their body. They usually get the hint after that, and then you continue to enjoy your smoke. If the bylaw fines you, throw it in the garbage and forget about it.

Like don't you have any passion in life besides vacation and weekends? When i'm at work all I do is think about projects or ideas I can use my capital to make reality and make money from those ideas so that I never have to work for someone else.
i like what i do, i show up whenever the fuck i want, don't deal with people for the most part other than clients but business can be a game too. i think about how i can improve myself and expand, what equipment i could use and whether or not something is worth owning or just renting. efficient use of materials, writing up a quote and having it be accurate af because i know my shit. i make decent money sometimes, other times i starve, mostly i scrape by but i'm nobodies bitch and wouldnt trade independence for security any day.
