I've never cared about my "rep" beyond other people's perception of it and their willingness/unwillingness to fuck me over as a result of that perception. It's a retarded game that I try to avoid at all costs. That said, you don't seem very mature about her. You posted multiple paragraphs that amounted to "I was incensed at this piece of shit dude who this girl liked, and now he's dead so I win." That's not very mature at all. You spent paragraphs asserting what a tough guy you are, and how you'd have "totally destroyed him you guys I swear", and how happy you are that he died. It's edgy, pathetic, and reads like how your average 17 year old would deal with the events you describe.
But sure, if you like a girl enough, you'll do anything for her. What a revelation. Good to see you've grown so much that you realize that. A shame to see you haven't realized that liking a girl can become self destructive at a point, and that we're just expressing concern that you might be straddling the line between well-meaning interest in an awesome person and self-destructive infatuation with a girl who doesn't respect you. -
