But my throat hurt like a motherfucker out of nowhere. No early signs just rapid sore throat, then fever and headache. But it subsided quickly, taking boatloads of supplement and getting Vitamin D.

Follow these steps:
1) Check your apple id email here https://haveibeenpwned.com/, if you're compromised change the emails.
2) Then change your apple ID password and setup two factor authentication, follow this https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204915 and this https://support.apple.com/en-gb/HT204145
3) Did you share your details with anyone? This could be a random attack.
Think about it, you're not that high value unless you kept talking to random people and flexing how much money you got. If you have your Apple account linked with your credit card, I would remove it for the time being.
Also, a good idea to run a check on your devices to make sure you didn't download something fishy.

CNN is honestly worst of all, MSNBC etc same shit, Fox is slightly better because they at least give you coverage of the briefings but still they're no better.
It's harder to find sources that give you a balanced view of things. I would prefer Trump get called on bad decisions, and then praised on good ones, I would prefer they go after everyone and reveal the facts, but that ain't gonna happen.
Sadly it's too late to fix this mess. I used to be worried about information control way back, it's the opposite, their is so much information out their it's just harder to enhancement the correct source and it doesn't help when Tech giants boost the shitty sources and make them credible.
