I was taking it on and off for my back and at times for months but that one time I took it for a horrible tooth ache. I double dosed. nothing to do with the state of Mind. On that very week of 9/11 there was a dentist convention and this dentist had pulled my tooth was actually an oral surgeon specialist. he pulled two teeth side by side because the cavity spread to the other. it was missed by my dentist because of its locatioIn though it should have shown up on an xray, the dentist only would have found it doing a full spectrum scam.
but that week there were No dentist available. I was throwing up from a fucking infection or the pain itself. my jaw was puffy and I ran a low grade fever of about 101
