Sure! I made this thread where I detailed the changes in my formula, but haven't really given updates because I didn't see an interest. Here's what I'm doing now:
30 g hemp protein
25 g Sprouted brown rice protein
27 g pea protein
15 g psyllium husk
1 scoop powdered greens
10 g MCT oil
1 tsp Maca powder
1 tsp Matcha green tea powder
5 g creatine monohydrate
3,700 mg potassium citrate
1.25 tsp calcium-magnesium citrate
0.5 tsp MSM powder (sulfur)
200 mg L-Theanine
1 tbsp psyllium husk
300 mg beta-gpc
For a month I tried adding 28 g sprouted pumpkin seed protein and I liked it, but the only affordable brand was made on equipment shared with dairy products and I'm going for an all-vegan diet right now, plus I just didn't see a need for the extra protein.
Generally, I drink this over the course of a day, sometimes two depending on my activity level. I have tons of energy. In the evenings, if I get hungry, I'll make an arugula/spinach/tomato salad with balsamic vinegar. If I want a snack, I roast some popcorn in coconut oil on the stove. I've lost almost 30 pounds this year! -
2018-04-21 at 12:45 PM UTC in Hey zanickNobody will be angry after I've shown my penis to several dozen of Chicago's homeless.

2018-04-21 at 5:06 AM UTC in Hey zanickBump, because I'm very mad. Everyone else I know who has seen my penis (before and after) has been more or less appreciative, so this paragraph has haunted me ever since I first read it. Tomorrow I'm going downtown to show it to some other homeless people, and I expect that I will soon be able to say proudly that 19/20 believe it's a force for good in the world.

So you say, but I have to think there’s a reason you haven’t carried it out before. Either you aren’t sure you want to go through with it, or you aren’t confident in your method. Still, you’ll have a month to think about it, so I hope you figure out whether this is really the best way in that time. -

2018-04-21 at 2:02 AM UTC in I ordered a box of soylent drinkI don't watch videos, but I think it would be very easy for anyone willing to dedicate a couple of minutes to the task of devising a superior method of opening Soylent to do so. Off the top of my head, here are three:
1) Get a box cutter and slice through the plastic seal vertically, then just slip it off the cap. Open the bottle, put in your crazy straw and enjoy.
2) Using a drill bit, bore a hole in the plastic cap and stick a crazy straw through that shit.
3) Anchor a power saw to your workbench and slice through the bottle at the neck, then drop your crazy straw inside. -

Originally posted by Malice Yes! It's getting done. Nearly had another setback when Coinbase said it was going to delay the transaction 72 hours. I had verified years before this. I think they made an error because I just went through the process of uploading pics of the front and back of my driver's license and taking a webcam picture twice and they approved it.
Ordered a gram of etizolam and 100mg of flubromazolam. When I decide to pass on I'm going to mix the flubro with the pentobarbital to make sure I don't suffer or fail.
I'll make sure it gets done right and doesn't fail.
Now I'm just waiting for a response from the pentobarbital vendor for the bitcoin wallet address and everything will be on its way. At the very least it's going to be a major relief knowing I have the perfect death available. I can't wait to die, I want it to happen as soon as possible. I should have done this a long time ago.
There is no way in hell this won't work. It will be a fucking miracle if I survive.
I don't accept your resignation, I expect to see you back here on Monday morning. -
2018-04-21 at 1:56 AM UTC in I ordered a box of soylent drinkThey aren't that hard to open, they just have a weird perforation bisecting the plastic seal that tears a bit awkwardly. You can't always get it all the way off, I guess, but I never saw it as a serious problem.

2018-04-20 at 8:56 PM UTC in Why do LGBTQ people think they have something to be 'proud' of.I happen to think there is more work to be done, however. We may allow them to get married, but they aren't totally assimilated. My opinion is that whispers of equality will persist until this generation of gays that Reagan murdered have all died of their AIDS, and their children become the first queers to divorce each other.

Originally posted by gumbo When do you estimate this momentum will die? I can't imagine the gay teenagers of 2038 will feel very motivated to march for their rights. It'd be really pointless.
Some would say it died - or at least should have died - in 2013, when the SCOTUS struck down the offending interpretation of DOMA in US v. Windsor, and that everything since has just been money. Even the gays aren't immune to commodification in this country. -

There's an obvious difference between posts aimed to elicit a particular response and intentional spamming. The idea isn't to muddy the forums with bait threads, it's for users to use creativity and subtlety to get somebody to say a word they don't know not to say. I'm not sure what the rule is for taboo in the discussion forums or if there is one, but my observation has been that it's minimally disruptive, if at all. -

2018-04-20 at 7:33 PM UTC in This weeks untested halfbaked site update: TabooAlso, there are players who have registered and are aware of the game and who avoid using the typical taboo words but aren't actively pursuing their own marks. Between such instances as these and where players have TSTM'd, we have reached a scenario wherein the only successful taboos are accidental.
