I should really go back to that psychologist even though I don't think she helped much. I haven't gone in over a month, I feel if she was a good psych she would have kept tabs on me, and felt guilty if I wigged the fuck out
they have lots of patients and lots of flaky people who aren't good about keeping or making appointments, i wouldn't take it personal
generally if ur debating seeing a psychologist, it's a good sign u probably should. unless it's prohibitively expensive for u, theres not much to lose except a bit of ur time.
