Initial D. < Only anime I ever watched.

Really good if you like drifting!

Btw the live action movies sucked. Don't bother with them.

I can just see EU trying to bullying USA into being a passive country. I mean honestly I personally think the Left are more savage at war then the Right from my limited knowledge, so EU has no chance of having USA listen when the Left are in office. Then with that being said, the Right are all extra macho country foke' (Not meant as an insult) that love guns and war. So I don't see the Right changing for the EU at all either.

You know like how 5 year old siblings behave. Why expect anything more?

    You heard a poof.

    Circuit blew.
Look at systemboard and see what popped.
Buy doner laptop, and soldering equipment.
    Swap fried chip.
Hopefully that's possible if there isn't too much damage.
Besides that, sounds like a paperweight now.

do we know it is uefi? he did mention he broke it a few years ago.

Next question. When will the EU step up and not allow USA to bully the world anymore.
  11. maddie Tuskegee Airman
That's why I don't think its the CMOS, as something else is causing it to start and turn off within 5secs with no beeps. < If it even has POST beeps.

Post specs of laptop if you can. That will tell us POST codes if it has any.

Not to mention asking AI to write code in a language that doesn't require memory management seems to have quite a better outcome.

    3. An intrusion or encroachment.

They don't call them Intrusion Detection Systems for nothing.. < Learn to know firstly.

Secondly, If you only knew what havoc you can create with cyber attacks on the right devices, then you would clearly see that cyber attacks done properly can cripple a country from the inside like never seen before.

cyber attack…boots on the ground…and D. all of the above are not only possible, theyre an absolute certainty within the near future. i have no idea what 'air/sea missiles' means

I never said successfully. I said "try".

You're entire reply was irrelevant to my original question.

I don't follow politics, only world news.

Any chance some countries might try to invade USA? whether it be with major cyber attack, boots on the ground, air/sea missiles, etc?

with the state of AI code writing tools now it's likely just to be a frankenstein's monster that you can't really fix because it was stitched together from random code rather than being designed from the beginning to perform a specific function

And with this being said, best thing we have right now is copilot in my opinion.

At least I personally had a thinkpad that the one end of the soldered on cmos was broken off, and it would power up no problem, just nothing was saved like bios settings, time, boot order, etc.

CMOS just wouldn't hold memory after power has been removed. It wouldnt stop the device from starting?
