Property taxes for undeveloped land is "dirt" (pun intended) cheap. The property taxes on my 5.7 acres was $600 a year because the vast majority of it was wooded/unimproved and 10 miles out of town.
ETA: I just looked it up, it's gone up a couple of hundred since I gifted it to my lovely ex wife.
Property Tax: $846 per year

I fapped to this.

Manchester today is not the Manchester of the 80s...massive rebuilding has occurred in the last 30yrs...derelict mills have been converted into high priced apartments. The city itself is "unrecognizable" to what it was back when I was a young fella me lad, crackheads are everywhere with Yuppies walking by them...taking photos now really wouldn't show what it was like in the 80s.
Still, you can watch my double best mate's youtube channel for a taste of Manchester now...he does regular vidoes in and around Manchester and is also quite the character.
Have you ever swam with great white sharks? Shot a man in reno just to watch him die? Blessed the plains in Africa? Given your liver to a pregnant orphan with lupus then taken it back to teach them never to rely on anyone?
