I think I was 13 in 2006. Huh, that kinda cheered me up, sure as shit wouldn't want to do that again. Things aren't so bad.

There was actually a 4 player MP for the original doom engine, it was what inspired quake. It was designed for LAN but some dude in Texas I think ran on of the first internet gaming servers ever to facilitate it. I'm sure that server is long dead though.

Who is it? What an odd thing to say, although it wouldn't be surprising if you had genuinely low self-esteem. Quite the opposite would be justified just for your intelligence, knowledge, and position in life. Of course you can have all that and still feel miserable and unaccomplished.

Bill Krozby. I actually don't really have anything against the guy, he randomly calls me out in threads but it would be like getting mad at a dog for barking at you; futile. And of all the varieties of dysfunctionality you see on this site he probably isn't the worst. His unique quality is his simultaneous inability to function in society and seeming total lack of knowledge of that fact. I kind of envy him that, when something bad happens around me my immediate response is a deep conviction that I'm personally responsible and any failure to immediately rectify it is a moral failing while the same can't be said for success. Bill Krozby however could murder a hooker and his first through would be "dumb bitch, dying so easily, now I'm going to have to clean this up. The world sure is out to get me". Everyone else here seems more or less realistic (or overly pessimistic) about the hole they're in and their responsibility for that.

I might try the new DOOM but I don't have particularly high hopes. Carmack has been on oculus, not that he was ever a creative genius in terms of design but the technical feats he pulled off are really what make doom 1/2 for me.

Also I hope that in the intervening decade since 3 doomguy has figured out how to tape his flashlight to his fucking gun. For that reason alone 3 was a trash game, although they seemed to figure out the retardedness of the whole thing in resurection of evil and conjure up some intensity without needing to force the player to choose between seeing things and not being limp-dick impotent

They aren't hard to use at all, people are just fucking retards.

This, jesus, I thought it was just bitter old shits who got a kick out of a person who's compelled to be nice to you or they get fired who have a problem with self checkout.

As if unemployment numbers are a reliable indicator of economic health, go ahead and check how they calculate unemployment numbers. Everyone who has a part time job is counted as employed. A better indicator of economic health are real wages which are still 1.2% below what they were at the beginning of 2009.

The argument was not for economic health, it doesn't need to be. It was about the relative quality of life the typical american experiences and the propensity of that to incite societal collapse. I will maintain true unemployment (not having any job) is far more likely to catalyze a populace into something like revolt or whatever than being poor but again, that's not necessary. The point is that there have been far worse economic situations in the US that have utterly failed to produce anything more than a nod from legislators and some dumb, meaningless displays of anger. Hell, I might even support something like proletariat revolt but I can't think of any compelling reason for it happening in the next 10 years, certainly not in 2017 in america.

Do you really think people being 1.2% poorer by some metric (I'd like to see an actual study to establish that number) is going to cause societal collapse? If not, and you think that's likely in the next year, then tell me for what reason.

I don't know. There's a few things that come off as very feminine in internet posting style, qualities you almost never see in ostensibly male posters, but then it's fundamentally difficult to say what the false negative rate is. I very rarely see guys try to "compromise" online, things are right or wrong and while they can be very civil about it I'm not sure I've ever seen a dude be like "maybe we're both right" or stuff like that (perhaps tellingly compromise just to avoid disagreement or some idea that meeting half way is always better really irks me when I see it, online or off) but then I've seen exceptions (women who don't post like that, not men who do as far as I've seen)

Why do you think alex jones is a shill? Just because he's a republican? I admit he seems off about somethings, but I think that thats his style to raise awareness to a certain crowd of non liberals.

Jones, like anyone who does news media, makes money by attracting interest. The means of doing so are largely irrelevant, lies, truth, and batshit insanity all bring in the money at more or less the same rate as long as it's telling someone what they want to hear. That doesn't mean everyone with a fiscal incentive towards sensationalism goes that route, there are some media outlets that make efforts to resist that trend, in fact almost everyone has some line they don't cross because going too far down that rabbit hole turns you into a tabloid and that's bad business. Jones however shows no sign of such high minded restraint. I've yet to see the man express any sort of skepticism towards any claim made by another conspiracy theorist, he makes a show out of screaming like a child, when he find something that resonates with his audience he'll ceaselessly reiterate it until everyone is sick to death no matter how ludicrous it is. In short, beyond the inherently laughable nature of his content, he's a money grubbing parody of a bad journalist perpetuated by long tail economics and drama.

0% chance of societal collapse. Like what on earth could possibly catalyse that? We're economically in a better position than the 2008 recession where unemployment reached a 30 year high and there wasn't even a hint of civil unrest. The most niggers could do during the great depression was some shanty towns and marches.

The whole "it's happening!" mindset is self indulgant masturbation by people who think they can make up for their inability to integrate into modern society by surfacing some deep hidden talent for surviving in a mad max scenario. Literally the same mindset of a bullied kid who fantasizes that he's a wizard or some shit, only the nerdy ass kid actually realizes it's a pathetic dream while doomsdayers solidify their idiocy in hilarious rituals like buying guns and survival supplies or listening to shillex jones.

Hey, old enter's back. I was getting kind of tired of the mopey fake-etard act.

But not only that, we would have an infinite surface area but with a finite volume. Riddle me that batman.

The usual line in undergrad math courses is "infinity is a direction, not a number". So we can say (ignoring physical constraints like atomicity) that by this process we can form a solid of arbitrary surface area and finite volume but it's not immediately clear what the qualities an object of infinite surface area would be. It brings us quickly to issues like densities of infinities, issues analogous to Hilbert's hotel. These problems aren't intractable in modern mathematics but it soon becomes apparent that addressing them is a game in formal systems that have no obvious relationship to the physical world in which cakes or hotels exist.

Yeah she does say a lot of dumb things, but she also has some good points in her videos. Thats kind of why I like her vids because of the contrast, but at least she has the since to hate shillary clinton. I would easily take bernie cuckhold sanders than that lady.

I got through like two thirds of that video before hearing anything approached a "good point". At the time that I got to the "freedom isn't free" catchphrase (ironically a favorite of the largely statist neocons) I had to stop and go throw up. Care to highlight some of these supposedly good points for us Bill Krozby?

    What does it mean then?

Then tell me what about liberals is fundamentally wrong

She's cute in a midwestern kind of way, plus I'm a sucker for bangs. However

[greentext]>freedom means getting what you want[/greentext]
    [greentext]>people gossiping (allegedly) is persecution[/greentext]
[greentext]>boo hoo everyone who doesn't agree with me is historically and polotically illiterate (but they're persecuting me with their BASELESS GOSSIP)[/greentext]
[greentext]>the american right crying about intolerance of their vies[/greentext]

are all A-tier retarded. Also Bill Krozby, "fundamentally" is not a synonym for "really".

    Sucks to be a britbong.

I know "thoughtcrime" is pretty much the edgiest word you can use but it really does seem like UK legislators are more concerned with the internal mental states of their inbred subjects than with any actual external pattern of behavior.

Oh jesus, I don't even want to know.

Also something worth mentioning: stegano is not a cryptographic strategy, it's not really an academic field and we have no good reason to believe any stegano scheme thus far presented represents a real obstacle to a determined attacker. You shouldn't depend on it to obscure illegal activities. Probably works to slip things under the noses of mods on molester chan but you should operate on the assumption LEO can see right through it.

So you have a .sql file and you're trying to turn it into this format? What SQL dialect is it? The obvious approach would be execute the sql file against the appropriate database (so like if it came out of mysql, run it against mysql) then use a scripting language with binds to that database to read the info back out and write to the format you're looking for. I'd try sqlite to start because it's part of the python standard lib, you can build dbs in memory, and you don't need an external server (which can be a pain in the ass to set up and you'll have to manage state between runs).

Your alternative is pretty much to try to parse the SQL and extract the data directly. If your sql is very homogenous you could do some simple ad hoc string splitting but any robust solution necessitates a pretty complex parser (I mean maybe not that complex as parsers go, but building any parser from a formal language is, uhh, it's a well understood problem but there's just a lot to learn in that space).
