    Its that fucking gay black guy who faked being attacked by Trump loving klan members in downtown Chicago only to be exposed after cops noticed his subway sandwich seemed to be immaculate which was odd considering Smollette was supposedly walking home from Subway with it when he was brutally lynched by the MAGA.
    That fuck did the black power fist and screamed through his covid mask as they led him to jail where he spent 1 night or some shit before bonding out while waiting appeal. That was years and years ago....
    Kim Fox was on the case origionally but got kicked off because she refused to prosecute him even though he wasted a qtr million dollars and countless hours tying up resources and not to mention attempting to start a race war.
    I hate this fucktard quite a lot and would like to see him do the time he was sentenced too.
    FFS I did 3 months for shoplifting underpants when I was 21.

    never, he's wealthy. America has a tiered level of justice. 90% of people in prison make on average less than 40k a year, if u got a lot of money you won't go to prison

    Well his appealisbt going the best for him.
    He is arguing that the deal he made with Kim Fox over 5 years ago should stand and he should never have been prosecuted.
    The new special console is arguing that Smolette hasn't even upheld his half of that deal which didn't protect him from further prosecution anyways because it wasn't made with prejudice like his fake hate crime/lynching.

    Personally I'd like to see him resentenced to 5 years but that's just me.
