It was sad to see Washington Mutual dissolve. they always forgave on fees. But then again that's why it happened in the first place. too forgiving.

    No ad hominen...

I wasn't attacking you (the messenger) I was attacking the poorly expressed message and it's lack of substances as an argument by comparing it to other shitty messages.

I have "UPS" for the entire house. Wind and solar with battery storage for supplemental and back up use. You should be able to set up something similar when you get your property in Texas right. Is the area your looking good for this or not?

Yeah, It's pretty open land, surrounded by farmers fields so one of those stereotypical windmills should go on there alright. Long term I'd like a solar array, not on the roof though on the ground and maybe tied to a sidereal clock motor/timer to move everything so it's always getting the best sun exposure. A whole house generator would be nice too as I'm sure when the power goes out there (hurricanes etc) it will be out for weeks.

Basic solar and the windmill should happen pretty quickly, followed by expanding the solar array and motorizing it and then maybe a whole house generator down the road.

Getting the well solar powered will probably be priority #1 and relatively simple. I'm not really well versed on solar so I'll have to do some studying.
