   People's preferences and personality is 10% nature 90% nurture. If a vanilla girl wants to be spanked, it can be for many reasons, it is not out of the realm of possibility that events from their childhood even indirectly could be a contributing factor. I don't think you can say: Ah you like to be spanked, now i know how your relationship with your dad was. That's too specific. Although her relation with her parents might be a contributing factor.
